About Redbud Tours

Redbud Tours, a locally owned company based in Choctaw, OK. has been in operation since Spring, 1998 when we took our first tour to Dallas for the Dallas Quilt Celebration held in March, 1998. Since that time we have expanded our tours to include 4 or more quilting trips per year plus a few gambling trips to Tunica, Shreveport, and Topeka, Ks.

The Dallas Quilt Show in March, AQS Quilt Show, Paducah, Kentucky in April, Sisters Outdoor Quilt Show, Sisters, Oregon in July and the granddaddy of all, the International Quilt Festival, Houston, TX in late October or early November are some of the largest and most widely attended quilt shows in the country. We take annual trips to Dallas and Houston and periodic trips to Sisters and Paducah. Our plans for 2006 include weekend trips to quilt shops either in Oklahoma, Texas, Kansas, or Arkansas, The Wichita and Hutchinson,KS Quilt Shows and shop hops.

For our gambling patrons we will be offering one-day and overnight trips to Topeka, KS., Shreveport, LA., Cherokee and Creek casinos in Tulsa and the new Goldsby casino just south of Norman. As new casinos pop up across our state we may expand our casino visits to include the newest and largest casinos Oklahoma has to offer.
