Cancellation Policy:

Payments are due in full at time of booking on one-day trips. On overnight trips a 25% deposit will hold your reservation, with the balance due in full 30 days out. Regardless of reason, cancellations result in a costly process of letters, toll calls, adjustments, refunds, etc., plus a loss of revenue if time does not permit the resale of the lost reservation. To offset these costs, we have applied the fees listed below. In order to be fail to all passengers, we can not make exceptions. Should the tour company cancel a tour-you will be refunded in full within 2 weeks. Redbud Tours acts solely as an agent arranging transportation, hotel accommodations and other services related to our tours. Therefore, Redbud Tours shall not be liable or responsible for any error, omission, loss, damage, injury, accident, delay or cancellation of or in itinerary, offer, schedule or accommodations caused by but not limited to acts of God, strikes, thefts, pilferage or any circumstance deemed out of our control.

· $50.00 per person if notice is received, in writing, 45 days or more before departure (multiple day tours)

· 20% of the tour price if notice is received, in writing, 15-44 days before departure.

· 50% of the tour price 8-15 days before departure.

· Less than 7 days out – no refund
